When we work together, I help you get clear on where you want to be, identify your values so that you can make decisions with ease, and incorporate habits that will help you take inspired action without losing your sh*t so that you can feel confident and successful.


I’m a certified Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), meaning I’ve completed a 125-hour training program and hundreds of associated practice hours required for certification.

I’m also a Whole Person Coach (WPCC), trained in integrating techniques from Positive Psychology, Somatic Psychology, Meta-Learning, Developmental Psychology, NLP, Attachment Theory, and other scientifically grounded, evidence-based areas of practice.

As a whole person coach, I work with the whole person—mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual—to facilitate my clients’ capacity to step into their full potential.

How exactly does Empowered & Fulfilled work?

  • During our first 90 minute session together we dive deep to get a clear picture of where you are at in your life today.

    We identify which areas of your life are impacting one another (Relationships, Career, Social Life, etc).

    Afterwards we prioritize different areas for goal-setting and intention-setting so that you can create more balance and ease in your life.

  • Our entire lives are controlled by our beliefs and our values. They shape the decisions we make, what we believe is possible for ourselves, and how we live our lives.

    Our second session together is focused on finding clarity around your values.

    Our values help us make informed decisions that align with who we are at our core.

    Being clear on your values helps you make decisions from an empowered, aligned space.

    They also help enhance our relationships by helping us foster authentic connections and clearly communicating our needs.

  • This powerful session gives you clarity on your dreams, goals, and aspirations.

    We break these down into actionable steps that you can take, and ensure that you have positive momentum moving forward to achieve those aspirations.

    Through this process we also understand what you truly believe is possible for your life, and help remove self-doubt along the way.

  • In the remaining sessions we work on:

    • breaking past self-doubt & perfectionism

    • identifying which patterns are holding you back

    • cultivating your self-love

    • building your confidence

    • taking action towards your goals

    These are weekly zoom sessions. You also have access to WhatsApp support 2 days/week, and access to my signature How to Tame Your Inner Critic Course.

    I use PayPal for invoicing. (Having a PayPal account is not required)

    I’m happy to accommodate your needs, and split up the payments in a manner that’s more accessible to you (without charging extra).

  • We can subtract that cost from the total payment of whichever program you choose to invest into.

  • ICF offers the most globally recognized, independent credentialing program for coach practitioners. ICF Credentials are awarded to professional coaches who have met stringent education (125+ hours) and experience (100+ hours) requirements and have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession.

  • No. I am not a licensed therapist and am not here to diagnose or provide medical advice.

    I respect therapy and believe that everyone should see a therapist at one point or another. Coaching and Therapy have separate intentions and are both beneficial in own ways. As a coach, I ensure that I stay within my scope of practice and respect your relationship with your therapist.
